I had a wonderful experience today at Dentists of Stevenson Ranch. If you are looking for a dentist office that has modern technology, clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff, this is the place. Dr. Rawan Al Saadeh and the rest of the staff were welcoming, forthcoming and walked me through everything step by step. I had not had my teeth cleaned in over a year because of a prior dental experience that left me cautious when looking to find a new dentist. With much gratitude, I am happy to say I was quickly supported throughout the process. From walking through the treatment plan and cost associated (thank you Al) to the procedure (two fillings and a deep cleaning) that made me feel satisfied with my decision to seek treatment at Dentists of Stevenson Ranch. I recommend Dr. Rawan Al Saadeh and her practice to anyone seeking a place that takes time to understand your needs.

I started here as a new patient, and overall, I’ve had a really great experience at this location! Al and Alyssa at the front desk are always welcoming. Alejandra and Kamaya are also amazing and always brighten up my appointments. They have a way of making you feel comfortable and easing any nerves before the doctor/dentist comes in. I’ve seen Dr. Rawan, Sajal, Ariel, and Ryan for everything from deep cleanings to wisdom tooth removal, and I’ve had a positive experience with all of them. They take the time to give me a brief overview of what they’ll be doing before starting, which I really appreciate. The procedures themselves have also been pretty quick and efficient. The only things I would recommend are planning appointments around your days off, as I’ve experienced longer wait times on several occasions—usually around 45 minutes to an hour before being seen, even when arriving around my scheduled appointment time. I’d also recommend following up with both the front desk team and the doctors regarding appointments, as there have been a couple of instances where there was some confusion. Thankfully, those situations were easily resolved and my appointments were rescheduled without any major issues. Overall, I really appreciate the staff and care I’ve received here. I definitely see myself coming back and would consider staying as a long-term patient. I’m happy with my experience so far and would recommend this location to others!
